After many years of research and development, the Bread Bakery was unveiled to the industry at the International Baking Industry Exposition in Orlando. The official unveiling went even better than we could've anticipated!

It was a busy few days. The machine drew constant attention and interest, with attendees even suggesting that we had one of the busiest booths there.

As a compliment to Herb and the design team, several at the show assumed the Bread Bakery had been designed in Italy or Germany.
But, my favorite comment I took from the show was this:"This has got to be the most innovative product here."

All the feedback we received at the exhibit just reiterated why I’m so excited for Wilkinson Baking and why I think the Bread Bakery is going to become the way pan bread is primarily distributed in the future.

The revolutionary Bread Bakery answers the consumer demand for fresh bread with a clean label (free of preservatives). It answers the demands of the retail stores for a way of providing fresh bread in a theatre environment without the high cost of labor, improving margins significantly. The theatre and aroma draws the consumer in, the quality bread keeps them coming back.

The Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), the largest food and agriculture company in the world, provides us with exceptional technical knowledge and quality product so we can consistently deliver great-tasting bread to the market.

We're very happy that ADM is so commited to delivering such high quality mixes to Wilkinson Baking and we're looking forward to developing a strong relationship with them.

Finally, the best news of all, I am happy to announce that we've been able to speed up the production process and we're planning on installing the first production Bread Bakery this year.
