The Bread Bakery is fully automated, allowing it to be operated without constant supervision. The intuitive, easy-to-use interface allows an operator to select a recipe for each side of the machine and start operation in just a few moments.

The processes of the Bread Bakery are highly customizable, allowing for a wide variety of mixes - even signature mixes, which can be exclusive to your operation. And the simplicity of the process allows for easy operation by any person. Operation is intuitive and easy.

As part of the automation, the Bread Bakery is self-monitoring. In the event that anything should go wrong, the machine takes appropriate actions to minimize the problem, and can alert operators through one of several methods. This should allow truely automated baking without the need to babysit the operation.

Installation of our Bread Bakery into your store requires only a few things:

- small amount of floor space.
- 240v single-phase connection
- low-capacity potable water connection (<2 GPM)
- internet connection.

Baking Professionals are often taken aback by such innovative methods like the integrated proofing and baking ovens, which operate with no baffle and rely only on the lower density of hot air to keep the temperature regions separate.

As part of our networked monitoring system, a support person here in our Walla Walla headquarters can monitor the automation system to help minimize downtime.

The Bread Bakery is also designed to offer easy clean-up. In just a few minutes a day, the mixing pots and belts can be sanitized for the next day's operation. The pans are wiped down with a dry cloth once a week. Even in a small room, the Bread Bakery runs quietly enough to allow casual conversation.
