Here are pictures and comments from the International Baking Industry Exposition in Orlando, Florida. The action began long before the IBIE show even started. Just getting there turned out to be the hardest part. Check out the photos of our 'mishap' on the way to Orlando. It goes to show how durable the machine really is!

The Bread Bakery was one of the first pieces of equipment to arrive at the convention center for the IBIE trade show.
